The service, despite what my reservation said, was exceptional with dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, shops/commercial services, laundry, and a warm welcome drink provided. The location in the Hartford area was convenient and close enough to the Springfield convention center. The dining experience was delightful with an omelet station preparing wonderful creations.
